On February 9th, a warm and soulful gathering took place at the Women’s Club in Annecy — an event dedicated to reconnecting with one’s inner resources through art coaching and expressive arts therapy.
This was more than just a workshop or a talk. It was a creative, supportive space where each woman had the chance to slow down, tune in, and rediscover herself—through color, movement, images, improvisation, and open-hearted conversation.
There were no ready-made answers. Instead, each participant was gently guided to find her own path. For some, it came through drawing and color. For others—through words, or simply in stillness. It’s amazing how the act of creating, held in a space of care and presence, can bring not only ease, but a deep sense of vitality and aliveness.
The program was thoughtfully designed to allow each woman to open up at her own pace. Individual needs were heard and honored, and the atmosphere of trust made it easier to connect with one’s inner world.
By the end of the session, something had shifted. Softer eyes, lighter bodies, a feeling of grounded clarity—and the quiet knowing that the resource we seek is already within us.
We’ll be announcing new gatherings soon. If you’d like to be among the first to hear about upcoming workshops, feel free to fill out the contact form and mention your interest—I’ll make sure to reach out to you personally by email.
